Funding

Harvard Academy revenues consist primarily of the income from the initial endowment of $5 million provided by its founding benefactor, the late Dr. Ira Kukin, and the additional endowments totaling $4.5 million from Albert J. and Celia Weatherhead and the Weatherhead Foundation. Harvard Academy expenditures are for the support of Academy Scholars, Harvard Academy research projects, and The Harvard Academy’s very modest administrative needs.
